Our warehouse is located in O'Neill, Nebraska.
Fat Quarter Fever is a division of Quilters Candy Shoppe.
We consider ourselves to be the new generation of the mailorder catalog store.

Pricing

If you are eligible for a discount or you are using a gift certificate, please make note of that in the Special Instructions section of the order form. The applicable amount will be deducted from the total when your order is processed.

Order Payment Methods

We use shopping cart software that allows you to choose among several secure ordering methods. We've made it as safe as possible so you can use your Visa or Mastercard credit card without fear of compromise. We do understand that there is some reluctance to use a credit card on the internet. In those situations, it is possible to order by fax or U.S. Postal Mail.

Shipping

Our goal is to ship all orders within 2 Business Days.
Your order is never charged until it ready to be shipped.
Fabric is heavy and you will notice that the postage sticker on your package is not much less than what you were charged for shipping. If you are ever charged for insufficient postage, contact us and we will make it right with you.

We get so busy putting new items up that we forget it's the first of the month. We will also send you notice of specials and upcoming sales. We do not make our mailing list available to any outside parties.

We guard your privacy in the same manner
that we guard our own.

International Shipping

For shipments outside the U.S. and Canada there is a $4.00(US$ )surcharge, in addition to the regular shipping charges.
This is to cover the extra expense incurred.
If at all possible we try to use Global Priority mailing, which is a flat rate of $9.50 (US$).

Return Policy

Our policy is that you should be satisfied 100% with your purchases.
We will accept the merchandise back, within a two week period, as long as it is in the original condition.
